Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Saiyaraa, we want you to love what you wear. Every order is carefully checked before it leaves our warehouse. If something isn't right, don't worry—we're here to help.

Easy Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product arrived damaged.

  • There is a manufacturing defect.

Simply contact our customer support with your order number and a few clear photos (or an unboxing video, if available). Our team will review your request as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the approved amount will be issued as Saiyaraa Store Credit, which you can use on any future purchase.

Store Credit is usually issued within 5–7 business days after the return is approved.

Exchanges

If the item you receive is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we'll happily offer:

  • A replacement (subject to availability), or

  • Saiyaraa Store Credit.

Before You Place Your Order

We want you to know exactly what to expect.

Colors

We photograph every product carefully to show its true color. However, the actual color may look slightly different depending on your mobile screen, monitor settings, or lighting conditions.

Prints & Handwork

Many of our outfits feature printed fabrics, embroidery, mirror work, or handcrafted details. Because these are made individually, the placement of prints or embellishments may vary slightly from the photos, making every piece unique.

Size

Please check our Size Guide before placing your order. Since garments are measured by hand, a small variation of 1–2 cm is completely normal.

If you're unsure about your size, we're always happy to help before you order.

When Returns Can't Be Accepted

To keep things fair for everyone, we cannot accept returns if:

  • The product has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Original tags or packaging have been removed.

  • The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.

  • The issue is only a slight color variation caused by different screen settings.

  • The difference is only a minor variation in print placement, embroidery, or handcrafted details.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
